It's pretty easy to get discouraged when the river chews you up and spits you out. I've been there more times than I care to count. Bouncing back can be easier said than done but it's important to challenge yourself mentally. Only by pushing past our perceived limitations do we actually grow and get better. I'm still very much in the middle of that journey but good days can quickly erase the bad ones from your memory. Good times!
