Let's see now. 4:40 a crow wearing a derby? 12:10 🦖 I am impressed with your storage space clean up, having done that too many times myself in storage units in Minnesota. It isn't easy going from the homestead to the storage unit and back again. It helps when totes are correctly labeled and a list on a clipboard is hanging in the unit. Another list at home in a place that I could remember it. Heavy Sigh! I always managed to misplace that home list. DANG! We are expecting 2 to 3 inches of rain today. A good thing! We need to get our water table up! Blessings on you all and on your homestead!❤

bonjour la famille. a new and improved/larger storage unit and gravel. My hat off to Lady Ada and her work ethic she moves the wheel barrow like a champ. eldest and younger sons are hard workers too. believe you me, the day that you finish, you won't even think about all the hard work. it's friday here. have a great weekend .

You guys should just buy a shipping container or semi truck trailer to store things in. When we built our home it was so valuable to keep bulk items safely stored and dry but nearby so they were available when needed. You guys are such hard workers! All the best

What I like is you're a family but with all the work you've done together is you , all of you, or everyone of you, find and discover who is there next to you and you can count on each other . But That's just not only family, it's more and better, it's a choice that the people next to you are therefore willing to be there for you. It's just not a question of family anymore. It's priceless! it"s someone who has evolved by your side no matter what! A unit. A family who is also close but now its more. Big virtual hug and bravo for what you are doing.

Your children may not know which on which continent they have what wild animal but they have so much knowledge in other ways. They are hard working, focused, and helping in so many ways. Storage unit shuffle! Nice coolers and totes. I had a 10'x10' like that for 5 years. Good job and a trip to the coffee shop! Ada's crow/plague doctor mask was funny! Yay, gravel in the trenches! I liked Ada's questions during the gravel fill. I think it helped to keep the boredom away. Jonathan you are right there are no rhinos in Australia. Running gracefully dino at 12:09! You got a lot of gravel in! Trona, naughty dog. I'm sure you're tired! Lots of work like always! Thanks for this video Longnecker family! Maybe a trip to Kenya after the house is built?

But you want to have the gravel mounded instead of flat on the bottom layer bc when your leveling you can push it down to fall once level your ready to cover up with another layer of gravel then set your finish drains.

We're not putting rock under the pipes, just compacted soil. This gravel is the rubble trench foundation for the earthbags.

Jet you are right we have lots of dangerous animals here in Australia no rhinos but we have cassowary they are a pretty large bird looks gorgeous but very very angry and can run fast...I enjoyed Question time with Ava and the naughty puppies...ocho...momo...trona...cloud...❤

It is amazing what you have accomplished this far. Keep chipping away, bit by bit. You know 3/4 s of he way through with the adobe bags you will probably be feeling the same way. Stop & think of all that has been accomplished by & for your family. Besides all that, would you really want to be stuck in a boring job that is tiring, or build for the future that all family can enjoy.

How about butting the wheel barrow up to the gravel pile and raking the gravel into it. Just a suggestion. Would save some back breaking labor. I love y’all’s videos !❤
