Thank you for sharing your experience. The symptoms you describe, such as severe headache, neck stiffness, vomiting, difficulty speaking, and dizziness upon standing, are concerning and could potentially indicate several medical conditions, some of which may be serious. It is crucial to have a comprehensive evaluation by a healthcare professional. While orthostatic hypotension could be a contributing factor to your dizziness upon standing, the other symptoms you mention, like difficulty in speaking and a severe headache, require immediate attention. I strongly recommend consulting with a physician who can perform a detailed assessment and possibly refer you to specialists for further evaluation. Please prioritize your health and seek medical advice as soon as possible.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I'm truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced in the ER. Orthostatic hypotension, the condition where blood pressure significantly drops upon standing up, is a real and measurable concern. It can often be overlooked or misunderstood in emergency settings, leading to the distressing situation you encountered. It's important for both patients and healthcare providers to recognize the symptoms and potential triggers of orthostatic hypotension, such as dehydration, prolonged bed rest, or certain medications. I encourage anyone experiencing similar symptoms to seek a consultation with a healthcare professional who specializes in blood pressure or autonomic disorders for a comprehensive evaluation. Your health and experiences are valid, and finding a supportive medical professional who understands your condition is crucial. Please take care, and continue to advocate for your health.

I'm sorry to hear that you're facing criticism about your weight. It's important to remember that everyone's body is different, and weight alone doesn't define a person's worth or value. Eating well is essential for maintaining overall health and energy levels, regardless of body size or shape. If you're experiencing orthostatic hypotension, it's crucial to prioritize your health and well-being by nourishing your body with balanced meals and staying hydrated. Additionally, incorporating regular physical activity into your routine, if possible, can help improve circulation and overall cardiovascular health. Remember, seeking support from healthcare professionals, friends, or family members can be beneficial in navigating both physical and emotional challenges. You deserve to feel confident and comfortable in your own skin, and taking care of your health is a positive step in that direction.
