It's actually insane that the business and owner name can be protected from the TV show when the court case would make it public record. Pain and suffering isn't compensable on a contracts case, but smearing the name of the business on national TV would be good enough compensation for me if i was the plaintiff.

Dude, STOP SMILING!😂 There is a very slim chance that this man's staff were doing sketchy stuff behind his back, and he genuinely believed the Plaintiff canceled her party. That would explain why he thought the "no refund" applied and why he reversed the charges. But then he's an incredibly bad businessman if he is just letting his staff do and say whatever, and he has no idea what they're doing.
