I saw the “LL” during the beginning and was wondering what the significance of that was. Freakin llamas!!

Considering how the doctors mentioned the soul being strong, something tells me that in the future we're going to have a game that follows a retainer trying to manage the kingdom in the Queens place while sending armies during the day to stop minor nobility from attempting to fracture the kingdom to take it over or managing guards during the night to stop assassins from getting to the Queen. That ending pretty much opened up the possibility of a chess board themed Kingdom management game

9:45: the most noticeable thing for me was the political/ideological angle. Doesn't necessarily mean that it's the topic of the game, though, but it's a fun avenue to try and explore. Let's examine the players: - First, the player. The character we're playing is basically a grunt, tasked to transport cargo they don't know the use for but is incredibly precious to others (potentially, those in a position of higher power/responsibility). As risky (read: possibly lethal) as their job is, it translates to an ensemble of menial, repetitive tasks, relying mainly on manual labor (which is reflected in the nature of the gameplay). Despite the importance of their transport mission (which is presented as an honour and testament to their luck), they themselves are treated with contempt and hostility, being called an old-timer (ie derided for not being in phase with the current state of things). - The railworkers: interesting that they’re called that. Sure, a reason for the name might be that they work *THE* rails in search of loot, but the name sure does evoke labour struggles and unions. They seem to be the threatening party here, having access to advanced technology (especially if the « choppers » are indeed allied to them and not another, separate force). They attack convoys either for subsistance (they seem interested in the commercial value of cargo; the first person tells the player that the heart « wouldn’t be worth shit _to them_ .») or because of an insurrection against the people manning the station. As the bloody handprint at Pasadena as well as the tense situation there attest, they are aggressive enough to be a source of worry. But we are given no more contect than those provided by the station attendants's perspective. - Queen Llama (who’s not a pony, I think): found in a structure bearing her effigy. Linked to the people manning the station (who seem to respect and honour the heart and its purpose), whom there is thus reason to believe belong to the group currently in power. Seen gravely hurt (possibly as a result, either symbolic or literal, of the struggles seen outside), but may prevail, as « her soul is strong » (potentially an allusion to the figure of the monarch being tied to enduring, sentimental values the way a non-monarchy government is not). Also has ties to religion: the word LLORD has been written with two Ls throughout the game.
 So there you have it: the game pits a symbolic figure, figurehead and center of the current power structure (Q. Llama) against a technologically-minded group seemingly involved in insurrection (the railworkers). The Queen’s state may signify that the current power might have become inadequate in the game’s present, but she might survive (ie, maintain her rule) in the end. However, it would be with the aid of a replacement heart, brought in by a third party uninvolved in the conflict (and ignorant of its stakes). Not to mention that the heart has been shot, ie affected by the railworker/chopper group. This could mean that the regime might need a transformation to subsist. 
That’s one interpretation (and a pretty loose one to boot) but the game is open-ended enough that it would admit entirely different ones, among which the body one. Also heck yeh, Daniel Mullins. Agreed with you on his games always having creative flair!

Keep It Alive was very cool, great arcade style. It was as surreal as it needed to be, and that worked in its favor; you see so little of this world, and yet I was compelled. Also served as a reminder to be excited for their next big project, pretty excited for that. Don't Let the Darkness In was obviously simplistic due to the nature of the gamejam, but it was pretty well done despite that. I'd be determined to keep the darkness away if it manifested as endless nightmare faces getting closer and closer.

God I love Daniel Mullins. His content is so solid.

That train game is really cool, could be a bit more challenging though, at the very least you should have way less coal, to keep you on your toes.

I would like to believe that in the first game that you (the old man) are on your last legs of your life and the train signifies your life. Someone mentioned in the post below that the railworkers could be poachers trying to steal the old man's organs to sell on the black market (or they could just symbolize events that might have possibly ended his life but you were able to avoid). The old man was shot in the heart during a shooting (bullets holes appearing in the train and one in the heart) and now is struggling to survive just long enough to make it to the hospital (hence why you need keep pumping the heart) to give his heart up for a transplant. The train approaches its final destination which is where the old man approaches the end of his arduous journey. I like the idea someone mentioned in another post that the llord was a little girl. Possibly his little girl.

Ngl I recalled this weird game... Idk what it's called but since I have this new Laptop, I wanna play it. Idk if the game is black and white but did had some other colors... It had some stages and many enemies in every stage. There are gifs Everytime you hit a place or something idk.... But I do recall it's about a man trying to escape out of the place or something but the opening does have a skeleton spine with the skull attached... I do recall a few specific stages which you had to cross a path of giant centipedes and another time is avoiding the sick patients. One touch of them and you'll be dead. Edit: I also tried looking at my watch history but I guess RU-vid took it down for like images of a noose which means suicide. But overall it was very creepy and I want to play it

I guess the lore of the game is that the llama is like a deity or a god in this world and all its kingdom are its diciples the llama somehow got a heart problem and need a trasnplant and the "railworkers" are people who are against the llama and want it dead.

Hello Manly! Could you please upload Little Hope? It's an horror game in which you have to try to save every character, each character has a double and these doubles were acussed of witchcraft and stuff, they get murdered and then try to kill the main characters, i know it's not the type of game you usually play but i would really love to see your gameplay! (More detailed description: Andrew and his university classmates are on a field trip with their teacher, bus crashes, they're in middle of Little Hope, a town with a dark past, in this town there's s fog that won't let the characters escape. In this game the characters oftenly get visions of the past (Witchcraft times) where they see their doubles being acussed and murdered in horrible ways. These doubles chase the characters down to kill them. Characters and their doubles are: Andrew - Abraham Taylor - Tabitha Daniel - David Jhon - Joseph Angela - Amy There's a lot of QTE (Quick time events)

Why do I feel like the ending of the train game was a reference to The Sims (because of the llama) Maybe I'm just watching too much sims content
