Whoa! What did I just watch?..I’ve been a huge Boston fan since the 70’s when they first came out and there aren’t too many people who can sing like the great Brad Delp and this guy NAILED it…I know all the little studio tricks that so many bands had to add into songs during their recordings and WOW just wow this was live and they knocked it out of the park 100% enough that I would pay good money to see theses guys live…amazing!
The only thing off here is the harmonies guitars(not exactly the same)but you guys nail the sound and hearing "brad" again was such a nice thing 😎👌👏 I love boston.
@bobbaumeister5243 your welcome! How do I hear more of these guys ? This video is so raw, it's just like being in a club. Sounds so good through my headset
not my tempo. rushing. If they would just slow down by about 10 bpm and settle in calmly, this would be really good. The solo guitarist actually played the intro solo correctly. But that rushed tempo just destroys all that effort for me. The singer is having to rush out the words and it just feels ... well, rushed. Awkward. and no, he doesn't look like Brad. He just has his hair done up curly but his face isn't like Brad at all. He's doing okay on the vocal but not really that amazing. He's flat on a lot of notes. 3:20 omg... trainwreck guitars. oh well... I'm not gonna look back! keep running! heheh
@@bobbaumeister5243 My main gripe is just the speed is a little too fast for my liking. A flub in the solo section was kind of bad but overall, it's okay. I'm just picky cuz I play this stuff on guitar, also since 1976. ty!!!
Enjoyed this, and great choice of song. Lead singer was awesome. Can't quite put my finger on it (I'm not a musician) but in places something about the tempo did not sound quite right to me.
gahdam! These guys sound FABULOUS!!! the vocals are spot-on! thanks for posting it!! the wigs and the "look" gives it a cool touch as well! keep up the great work!
Incredible. This is my favorite Boston song. The brief guitar solo during the song’s bridge is electrifying. I’ve never heard another man sound as good as Brad on a Boston cover. Outstanding.
Damn. Boston is almost impossible to cover live.....bands shouldn't even try to do it unless they are exceptionally talented......this band is one of them.
These guys sound absolutely original. , that is my favorite band throughout the decades, wish I still had some of my rackman equipment, to me anyways their sound and have banned will never be rival again, but very impressed haha with this video you guys sound just like them, fantastic job, damn near perfect.
I had the privilege to watch this band live at Epcot and they are the real deal. It was an awesome show, and the best part was they do sing and play like The band Boston, nothing is fake, the musicians and the singer are for real and they can perform way above expectations. Rock on
There are some guitar solos missing, and the ones that are there are really lame. And as others have said, the guitar harmonies are not nearly as good.
Není to špatné,jen mám takový divný pocit,že se "strašně snažíte"..Boston to hráli s naprostou pohodou, zatímco vy to hrajete jako kdyby vás někdo zkoušel !!!
I was about to shit all over you guys. I really was. I rolled my eyes and hit “play.” Blown away. Drums are definitely off. It’s not Sib’s style of play, but everything else is freakishly similar.
I guess the camera "person" didn't know the song or was from anorher dimension bc why start filming the drummer while that epic guitar solo started but rhank GOD they finally located the guitar players before the solo was over. SMH , ,,😱😱😱
I didn't know this was a cover band - didn't read the title correctly. Could have fooled me, in fact you 100% did though!! Yes, I did notice that Brad had put on a little weight (which is what got me to look closer, lol!!).
Somebody tell the Fender Stratocaster guy that guitar he's playing needs to be as faraway as possible from the Boston sound. Pickup a Les Paul or an SG for Christs sake. Thank you.
You can also play a strat. That's no problem for the sound to play Boston. Tom Scholz has used an Les Paul with a P90 in the 70ies. Then he uses DiMarzio Super Distortion Pickups.
