Is there an alt way to seize a shackle that you'll need to remove often?

In the Canadian Navy I was taught never to put more than 3 turns on a seizing wire, because the wire gets work embrittled, which can lead to failure

Instead of possible metal fatigue and corrosion of two diff metals…USE APPROPRIATE- SIZED PLASTIC WIRE TIES…easier to handle and no tools required!!!!!

You can also mouse a shackle using a wire and a Clamptite tool (or similar). It's use the same technique as for making a hose clamp or mending split wood. They show a picture of it on the manual and on the tool website. The advantage I think is you can make a double or triple wrap depending on you hole size and it's really tight. It's also make really neat hose clamp.

POV: the day before losing your new anchor

I have and anchor that the eye hole I need to put a shackle into at the bottom is tiny. Is there any other option for attaching the chain?

Thats unusual. What kind of anchor is it?

Stainless steel on an anchor of aluminium is a very bad idea, because the aluminium will be corroded - simply because og galvanic corrosiom between the stainless and the aluminium. The aluminium will be an anode to the stainless steel. An extremely and anode - wich is not even needed. Also a galvanized anchor will lose the galvanisation close to the stainless parts - again because of galvanic corrosion. Zink is less noble tahn the stainless. If you use chain on a aluminum anchor, then use galvanised chain, because the zink on the chain and the aluminum in the anchor. Zink and aluminium do have very little galvanic difference, and work well together in salt water.
