Minced meat - 800 grams / 28 oz
Potatoes - 1 kilogram / 35 oz
Tomatoes - 1 pc
Eggs - 2 pcs
Onion - 2 pcs
Beer - 250 ml
Breadcrumbs
Cumin
Thyme
Black pepper
Paprika
Oregano
Salt

Method of preparation
Add 2 eggs, one finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin and thyme to the minced meat. Knead and let it sit in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
While the minced meat absorbs the spices, place 1 onion, roughly chopped, in a pan. On top, we add the potatoes, also cut into large pieces. Season with salt, black pepper, red pepper and oregano. Pour in 50 ml of vegetable oil and 250 ml of beer. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C / 392°F for 20 minutes.
While the potatoes are baking, fry the meatballs from the minced meat that we kneaded in a pan with heated vegetable oil until half done (2-3 minutes on both sides). When the potatoes are baked, take them out of the oven and arrange the fried meatballs on them. We also add tomato slices. Return the tray to the oven and bake at 200°C / 392°F for 15 minutes.

Minced meat - 700 grams / 26 oz
Potatoes - 4 pcs
Cheese - 250 grams / 9 oz
Onion - 2 pcs
Carrots - 2 pcs
Peppers - 1 pc
Tomato puree - 250 grams / 9 oz
Eggs - 2 pcs
Olive oil
Black pepper
Paprika
Cumin
Thyme
Oregano
Salt
Method of preparation
In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the boiled and mashed potatoes, grated cheese, onion, eggs, salt, black pepper, red pepper, cumin, thyme and oregano. Mix well and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. We form meatballs from the resulting mixture.
Prepare the vegetable sauce by stewing the onion, carrots and pepper, add salt and cover with a lid. Leave on the stove for 10 minutes on a low heat. Then add the tomato puree and season with black pepper and oregano, add 150 ml of water. Boil for 2 minutes on low heat.
Pour half of the sauce into a tray, arrange the meatballs on it and cover them with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C / 374°F for 30 minutes.
