Kumar does heal by 30% of his max hp. It seems if you target yourself you get double. First heal was 32k, second one (Windy target) was 16k. If you have a ~54k hp Kumar math checks out i think.

grats on Siege. Idk about other viewers, but I'd love more videos on Runes. Like , go thorugh a day or two worth of rune farm explain what you keep and Why and What you are looking for in a rune , potential use cases for each rune kept etc. Would be nice to see "in the brain of g3"

kumar healing is based off of his own hp but only 30%. and yes you can target himself for double that heal. If you watch the replay, he healed himself and windy for the exact same amount. When healing himself he doubled that exact amount. which makes that a buff overall to self healing but a nerf to just healing one ally if kumar himself is already healthy. with 2 cleanses though
