NGL that practice tool in China Theory is somethign i also have thought. In League there arent many ways to improve or practice your gameplay, besides soloque wich is more than 20 mins for a couple of plays to practice, not only late game fights also laning and such

Re West vs East Gap: At this point if Eastern(LPL/LCK) teams haven't created inhouse training tools for drills mimicing the league environment I'd be shocked. The fact we don't hear about it in NA/EU leads me to believe they primarily do scrims and 1v1s for practice.
