Too simplified - not for real world. Q4 is expected to report very large NON CASH impairment thus large paper loss. So the key is the cash flow not net income, yet.
Agreed but we have to continue to move towards net income or we will NEVER see institutional support. Zach has said a few times now that we will have impairments and even mentioned that 2024 will be cleaner…I’m ok if it’s not perfect in Q4 so long as in 2024 we are moving towards net income!
Glad that Alex finally understands non cash impairments. Thank God! Yeah, Q4 will have a considerable impairment due to closing down one of their cultivation centers, but will also cut costs considerably for 2024. The only “metric” Im looking for is cash flow. They added $16M in Q3, Im expecting at least that for Q4. Also keep in mind that Nova has been net positive for 2 Q’s now, and we own 63%.
