I dealt with sexual immorality, porn addiction, drug addiction. Submitted my life to Jesus Christ and he works wonders. Made a vow to myself and God that I will never watch porn again. It’s been 5 months since then and going strong. The temptations definitely be there but stay strong in faith. We all fall short but never give up. I pray that everyone can seek deliverance, forgiveness, and repentance for their sins. All praises to the most high. Edit: I went 7 months and then I relapsed. We all fall short of the glory of God. Sexual sin truly is one of the most dangerous addictions. It’s the silent one. When you have a drug addiction, you can see the physical effects. When you have a gambling addiction, you can see the money being lost. When you have a shopping addiction, you see the abundance of material things and your bank account dwindling. With sexual sin, with pornography, with masturbation, with lustful thoughts, it goes unseen. It’s such a secret sin that most of the time it’s done behind closed doors and alone. I’ve been fighting this addiction since I was 9 years old. 9. Years. Old. But even though my purity was taken away at such a young age, it was my own choices that got me there. I’m 23 and I just recently turned to the Lord Jesus Christ. It’s a daily battle. Let us turn to Him, he’s the only way that we can be free.

I was exposed to pornography and all sorts of ungodliness as a small child and this really really hurt me psychologically and spiritually in the long run. It's a terrible awful thing that shouldn't be done. I ended up in all kinds of evil perversion and relationships out of wedlock that I greivously regret. I will say pornography addiction and masturbation is very addictive when exposed to it. This video has a very good point and I am currently trying to overcome it after 5 years. It’s hurt me physically and mentally. I beg of anyone who sees this, get out of it when you can. It started for me when I was 14 watching a simple girl seducing a man scene in a pg-13 movie . Don't stay too much in comfort room 6. Always sing & praise Him in your private life 7. Don't watch bed scene 8. Avoid people who always share with you his sex experience 9. Fill your mind with this kind of content & word of God 10. Involve your self in exercise & training 11. Get involve in mercy ministry 12. If you fail, ask God to forgive you & forgive youself

I started my walk and fight against lust in the 2nd week of September. I was doing well and staying strong while at the same time growing in my relationship with the most high. I was self reflecting every day along with meditating on his word and applying it’s wisdom to every part of my life. Its the 3rd week of October and Although my urges to watch porn or masturbate have come at times, with the power of his Holy Spirit within me i was able to endure the temptation and stand under it. But yesterday, I messed up and fell because of a decision I made. And I felt terrible. But instead of beating myself up and letting it affect my walk, I chose to pray to God and ask him to give me strength to get back up and keep going. I prayed for forgiveness and I believe that because of his grace, mercy and love, I have been forgiven. This was king but I encourage those who chose to read this who may be struggling with lust to don’t lose hope. Stay strong and no matter what, trust in the Lord and he will bring you through 🙏🏾

I gave up porn and casual relationships. I decided to walk daily and pray to God, waiting on Him for the right woman. I’ve been on nofap for almost 2 years. Exes tried coming back and there was temptation. For the first time ever, I waited on Him instead of making my choices and asking for a bail out later. Most people allow darkness to convince us that we are not good enough and need validation through sweet words of deception and people used by darkness. Remember God is faithful and His Word is never changing. All sin is forgiveable if you truly repent and turn from your sins. It is important to understand we live in a dark and fallen world. I’ve struggled with sexual sins since I was a little kid at least 5 I was in foster care and i guess you could say I was shy or had anxiety and I would always be the last one awake in my house bc I was scared and anxious and I remember messing around my with private parts at the times I was most anxious and it would give me pleasure at this time I have obviously never heard anything about sins or our Heavenly Father so I couldnt fight the attacks from the enemy and it continued but it got worse and more pleasant until I was about 14 - 15 my parents who adopted me (Thank God) sent me you youth camp. The time I was there I truly felt God I received the Holy Spirit and from that point since I’m 22 now, I’ve been up and down up and down on myself bc the Holy Spirit convicts my heart when I sin and I was dealing with my faith building a relationship with God he’s still here in my life working on me right now he never left me and he was with me from the start. If I look back it it now I truly question why I was so young giving myself pleasure to begin with. But anyways God was there when I was younger too I just didn’t know it, because I would pleasure myself and know that I had to hide it and Ik that If someone caught me doing such a thing I’d feel weird and ashamed but I didn’t know that was the power of God that letting me know I was doing something immoral I was a kid. Never give up on God bc he never leaves even when you fall he’s there to pick you up as long as you stretch forth your hand and want to be picked back up. I struggle with this horribly. The amount of confusion and evil that can occur in your brain is intense. Being caught on that limbo where you start to pick up your phone then you have to resist while you have this evil telling you to. I had to flee from it this week , it’s amazing how persistent sexual sin can be to tempt you to try to fall into it …Nevertheless I declare 1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation [regardless of its source] has overtaken or enticed you that is not common to human experience [nor is any temptation unusual or beyond human resistance]; but God is faithful [to His word-He is compassionate and trustworthy], and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability [to resist], but along with the temptation He [has in the past and is now and] will [always] provide the way out as well, so that you will be able to endure it [without yielding, and will overcome temptation with joy].
