I actually played with some friends last night, and after an incident where someone put on the tragedy mask and was accidentally teleported to the ship where he killed the man in the chair, the next round we found the comedy mask. We were curious if the outcome would be different, so after we were ready to leave, one guy dropped all his stuff and went outside with the mask. "If I turn evil, just leave." He said. He then put on the mask and his eyes started glowing red lol. As soon as the three of us saw the red we just kinda noped out of there. I closed the door, some one went and pulled the lever, and we were all like "Yep he's evil now"
I like the mask concept, the creator clearly know the game is better with more players. So to balance it rather than increase monsters numbers, he created a monster literally ties to player count. More player means more assimilation
