Good advice. If you don't have something better, not simply lined up, but absolutely secured, stay where you are and keep looking. Leaving out of frustration is like cutting your nose off to spite your face.
I'm 60 and yes, it's harder to find a job now. Use to take me 3 days to 3 weeks to find a job. I think I could of, if there weren't so many ghost jobs out there. So it took me 3 months to find a job. Longer than expected. So people are correct here.
A wise man once told me never leave a job until you have another one. Having job hopped almost the entire time I've been in the work force, this advice has served me well. Also, think about getting a trade to fall back on and don't be afraid of working a good old blue collar job. I've been a business manager and a custodian. A 911 operator and a press operator at a factory. A hairstylist and I've worked at a gas station. A vice principal and had a job stocking greeting cards. 😂 Whatever it takes with pride to keep those bills paid and food on the table. My advice is the same, unless God Himself shows you the exit and escorts you through the door. Strengthen yourself, put on the Armor of God and, keep your job! 💪🏽🤜🏽
@@yourfabulousfoodie1963If you don’t know by the third interview if I’m the right candidate, I’m going to say you have bad judgment. These companies out here trippin.
