Don't run without these game-changing Running Sunglasses 

I think sunglasses are essential in the summer on the trails to stop the flies getting in your eyes.

The main reason to wear sunglasses is to hide the pain you might be suffering in the last few KMs of a run from the spectators 😄

I bought some SunGod ultras and absolutely love them for running in. They don’t bounce or move around and you sort of forget you’re wearing them because they’re they comfy. Also great for cycling as well

Oakly sutro lite get my vote. They bounce for first few hundred yards then stay put once the rubber grips. But its the lenses that make them stand out i have prism road. As long as they protect and fit right im sure most will do fine depending on budget.

I wear Goodr but on the lookout for a new pair so might give these SunGod ones a try .... deffo think sunglasses are an essential for running not only for UV protection but got to watch those bits of flying debris! 🙃

I'm loving my Oakley Flax 2.0 XL prescription (RX) sunglasses, which I use for running and cycling. I also have GoodR, which are OK but not RX and slip down my nose a bit and Torege Iceman wrap-arounds, which gather perspiration where they touch my forehead. The SunGod Ultras look interesting, but at $180 plus $14 shipping to the USA, I'll stick to my Oakleys.

Those SunGod Ultras do appear to be nice premium glasses - though in the world of sunglasses some brands would scoff at 'just' $180 USD. Personally, I like chaning up shades often simply for fashion reasons, or mood, weather, or even time of year. And I'm not drowning in cash so I can't really justify dropping $1500 on 10 pairs of sunglasses. So for me Knockaround, Tifosi, and Goodr at $25-$60/pair serve me well enough. I own multiple colors of the same model (for fashion), but I can also own giant (and admittedly UGLY) 'wrap around' sports specific glasses for greater coverage when necessary - glasses I'd NEVER wear outside of running. I appreciate you mentioning the quality & durability of SunGod glasses is SUPERIOR compared to some value brands which I have no reason to dispute. Goodr lenses in particular DO TEND TO SCRATCH UP EASILY if u aren't careful. Goodr isn't a product you'd expect to last 5yrs much less for a decade. But I feel the trade-off in lower quality is fair given the price differential. And like I said, I can buy a bunch of different glasses for various looks, colors, polarized/non-polarized, sport wraps, and traditional Wayfarer or Aviator styling for the price of 1 or 2 premium pairs. I'm just glad various brands exist to meet nearly everyone's needs.
