Soviets, in the other hand, were a joke according to the casualties they took (although that has to do with the poor tactics the Soviet - Mongoloid commanders used as well). I remember once facing off against an ARL 44 with my Tiger H1 and took a guess shot because I didn't study it's armor values in the menu. It was a scary fight I have to say. Aim for that turret my dudes.

I'm climbing the French tree right now and I love the ARL-44, pure penatration of 200mm can really get some revenge on someone who just killed you, plus it is armored and pretty fast.

historical fact: atcually the ARL 44 was built with scrap metal fron an old ship, because they dont have much metal at that point; the engine is the Maybach HL 230 from german captured tanks, and just 60 of those were produced.

if something can be really appreciated from the ARL its how good it turns, making it a refreshing tank that is so smoth to drive, for the rest its a king tiger on 5.7, nothing pens its hull, a tank i really enjoyed to play. though no line up at all.

The turret was the better armored part of the tank, though it was badly welded and rushed. The suspension was almost the exact design from the char b1 which can be traced back to 1926 and for a tank designed and built by 1944/5 its old. This tank never even saw WW2 the first tank was completed in 1949.
