Hi, thank you for your valuable content..I am about to change job where I spent the last 10 years. I have a question surrounding probation. Can I extend the notice period from 2 weeks to let's say 1 month during probation? Can I ask for the probation to be deleted from the contract? Thank you again for the attention.

I’m taking contracts through AYA. All of my contracts say “ at will “. Meaning I can leave at any time and I can be let go at any time. However …. I heard if you decide to leave a contract early bc you hate it you can’t work with that company again. How come there aren’t consequences if we get let go early ?

What happens if a new company take over and try to impose new restrictions on you. For example a nurse in the private sector coerced into being vaccinated! Or face dismissal and/or restrictions imposed upon her working environment ie. Not allowed use staff canteen She is currently working under her previous contract She is due to sign a new contract in January but is being threatened now

ur sound system is not good with ur accents and u cannot understand everything ure saying with that echo -- if ure giving professional advice then u should present it professionally
