Bro the issue with getting rewards is correct. One should have intention to do things to please Allah and get rewarded. However it should not be publicised or exaggerated. Even if you do something just for the sake of helping, on the day of judgement when u need deeds and someone is asked that you helped them, they can turn it back on you and say no I didn't need help or no because on that day everyone will be for themselves. However if you do good solely for the pleasure of Allah he will never disregard it or turn it away from you. Once you have the correct intention, everything will follow. insha'Allah you guys will have peace and prosperity.
Bro all these diets and personal trainers, in my opinion are are load of bollocks. Do intermittent Fast 12/16 hours a day for 5 days then have weekends off. Go for a 1 or 2 hour walk 3 times a week, in the morning in a fasted state. Open your fast with a banana, sachet of porridge oats, and 1 or 2 scoops of good quality protein, use 1 pint of water and blend it into a shake. Then have whatever you want around 7/8 pm. Drink no more then 2 pints of water a day and don’t snack in between your meals. Give it 4 weeks and watch the weight just melt off. Keep it simple, good luck👍

@@abycharles4814 thank you. I live in Scotland and just turning 31, also going through a bad way. I feel it’s my past that has caught up with me just now. Financially I’m in a good position and I have a lot of people who look out for me. Just can’t seem to get rid of these demons and now business is suffering. Taking your advice and going to get professional help now.
