HI everyone! ❤️ Type 4c Hair is curly hair! Don't tell me it isn't. These hair strands love growing out into a uniform cluster of clumps. Let's chat while I walk you through how I make a delicious Sunday pasta meat sauce a la Bolognese.

What's inside my Pasta sauce:
-carrots
-celery
-sucuk garlic sausage
-onions
-garlic
-minced beef
-tomato puree
-canned tomatoes
-beef stock
-balsamico
-black pepper
-dried rosemary
-salt
-water
-all purpose seasoning of your choice
-dried oregano
-Stir fry the minced meat, add sucuk sausage, add vegetables, add balsamico, add tomato puree and salt.
-Add canned tomatoes and water, then add herbs and beef stock.
-Let it all simmer until you have a delicious concentrated sauce and eat it with your favourite pasta or even rice!

Starting is not easy, but once you go through, your hair will thank you with every single clumped curl and wave pattern. It's not easy figuring things out alone or to not rely on influencers, so if you can, try to look out for curl specialists in your area. They can directly examine your hair and will also give you helpful tips. 😊

@@RabielleParfait Actually, I love my hair. I have been doing wash and go sets since I big chopped from relaxed hair March 2019. I only wear twists occasionally. My curl pattern is a mix of 3C and 4A if we use that hair chart and my surface texture is silky. I have fine and medium strands and my hair is low to medium density. My hair clumps easily but I would have to shingle to get the beautiful separation that you get with your wash and gos. I only use one product, a water-based cream or a mousse because I love definition and volume which makes my low to medium density hair appear thicker. I don't use gels because of the lack of volume. I also use sulphate shampoos and deep condition occasionally.

@@miniminott48 Wonderful hair routine!!! 😍♥️ I would love one product for styling, but my tight cottony hair strands don’t hold. It dries with lots of volume, but won’t have definition past two days. It would only become a curly fro that would be prone to tangles. Have you tried out gels like Bouclème Curling Gel, Flora & Curl Gel, Giovanni Gel or Uncle Funky’s Daughter alone or with tiny amounts of leave-in? Innersense I Create Volume Gel is a light weight gel, yet clumped my hair in the past. I think they would give your hair the definition, clumped separation with the smoothing motion and hold you seek, without weighing it down ☺️. You only need tiny amounts and lots of water. That way you could perfect the smoothing method like I do without having to rely on the shingling or raking method. Your curls would try to clump and separate on their own similar to what you see my hair is doing. If your hair is fully dry and you feel it’s too compact for your liking, use a blow dryer after drying to fluff your hair out. It breaks the gel cast and gives your hair lots of volume.

Omg, I've got issues with fruit flies; they live and breed in my house plants!! 😵‍💫 Flies are never ending.

Oh no, the ones in plants are actually different flies. They’re black and breed in humidity. Can you get Neem Oil somewhere? Mix it with water and spray your plants, especially the earth. The larvas coming out of the eggs will die. Do this treatment once a week or every 5 days for two weeks and the population should not come back. Often we bring them inside our rooms when we buy new plants or use new earth. The small red flies are fruit flies. We usually bring them at home when we buy fruits. If you see fruits in the supermarket that has flies, don’t buy it unless you want to consume the same day! ❤️❤️ These flies are annoying. If you happen to bring them in, put a bit vinegar, citrus fruit or balsamico and a tiny amount of dish washing soap into a small glass. Put plastic foil over and make some holes. They will all be attracted by the smell and go inside, without finding a way out because of the foil. 😇 If you don’t take care of the fruit flies, they will breed inside the peels. 👀
