I think this is great advice for an Anxious attachmemt type, that looks for regulation outside of themselves and need to learn to turn inwards and not rely on others so much. But I dont think its good advice for Avoidant attachment types, as they do all this already and need to learn to open up to others and that its ok to ask for help from.others.

I truly appreciate and enjoy listening to Brene Brown talk about all aspects of being human. But I find the ads annoying and too frequent. They are highly distracting and disrupt the flow of listening. Please reduce the interruptions out of respect for all of us.
