I starting learning guitar and few years ago and I’ve been playing harmonica for 30 years. I just bought a harmonica holder. This is the first song I can play both instruments and sing too.
@@tacomann3530 going good brother! I actually just put my guitar down and got on my phone to browse RU-vid videos when I seen your message. Still playing both instruments!
It ain't no use to sit and wonder why, babe If you don't know by now An' it ain't no use to sit and wonder why, babe It'll never do somehow When your rooster crows at the break of dawn Look out your window and I'll be gone You're the reason I'm trav'lin' on But don't think twice, it's all right It ain't no use in turnin' on your light, babe That light I never knowed An' it ain't no use in turnin' on your light, babe I'm on the dark side of the road. But I wish there was somethin' you would do or say To try and make me change my mind and stay But we never did too much talkin' anyway But don't think twice, it's all right. So it ain't no use in callin' out my name, gal Like you never done before It ain't no use in callin' out my name, gal I can't hear you anymore I'm a-thinkin' and a-wond'rin' walking down the road I once loved a woman, a child I'm told I give her my heart but she wanted my soul But don't think twice, it's all right. So long, honey bee Where I'm bound, I can't tell But goodbye's too good a word, babe So I'll just say fare thee well I ain't sayin' you treated me unkind You could have done better but I don't mind You just kinda wasted my precious time But don't think twice, it's all right
This is the breakup song of my life. I dont know if this is bob or not. But this song is waaaaay better then the original official recording. Hate me if you want but its true you know it
Any of you think this isn't Dylan, you weren't around back then. It's most certainly Dylan in his early career. He was so creative style and delivery evolved quickly and he never waisted time looking back. He's an original musical genius.
@@cdelapena2010 I have no idea. I tried to Shazam it, but Shazam reports it as Dylan. And that's really hilarious - it sounds NOTHING like Dylan at any point in his career. This is Bob Dylan: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1iHhWh9FtsQ.html And this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1iHhWh9FtsQ.html
Love this version!!! I wasnt sure if it was Bob Dylan, and I'm still not sure but I love it alot more than the original IMO, but Shazam picked it up as Bob. The guitar picking sounds like his, so does the voice in some ways, and the harmonica is still key of A. I will say the harmonica playing is FAR superior to the original, again just my opinion, but the original is like a drunk child hyperventilating in the harp while this version is much more skilled, experienced, with cleaner smoother notes. Gonna sound conceited though not intentionally 😂 I've been playing harp a long time and its actually difficult for me to recreate and play as poorly as the original. Respect to Bob and the original song, I love em both, just my opinion! Idk but I like it regardless, if it is someone else I'd love to know who to check them out!
@@DocM. You're right - Shazam thinks it's Bob - and then if you tap the play button, it plays Bob's reggae version from Live at Budokan, which is just a weird choice of versions to play and sounds absolutely unlike any other version I've ever heard except for Eric Clapton, who also did a reggae version live. But no, it ain't Bob, babe. I'm a very long time Dylan freak and I assure you that nobody who is familiar with Dylan would ever mistake this for Dylan. Sounds to me like the singer's main language isn't English - maybe Swedish? Here's the real Bob: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1iHhWh9FtsQ.html
I don't know if it's Dylan or not but I would imagine that Bob would know (unlike the poster) that the line is: "If'n you don't know by now." Real authentic Mid-America dialect. The singer muddles the word and the poster write "Even you don't know by now", which makes no sense whatsoever.
Bob Dylan was and is well known for making alternative versions of his songs - even songs would change from rehearsal to live performance (i.e MTV unplugged is a typical example). Will be interesting to see what may pop up on further "Bootleg" releases the great man has planned but I suspect very few alternative versions of this song remain unreleased! So is this Bob Dylan singing? Politely, I would say not, but whoever is singing has put together a fine version and the harmonica is timely and "Dylan-esque". Of all the songs Dylan recorded for the 'Freewheelin' album, this is the song that brings out his "Hibbing - Minnesota" voice in full; and I simply cannot hear that quality in this youTube download. Sorry.
+pupppt A true Bob fan would never mistake Bob's voice for someone else's, regardless of the year, week, day or minute of his career. This is not Bob buddy, trust me.
Are you fucking deaf? It's so clearly not Dylan, it's a cover -- and a decent one -- but sound absolutely NOTHING like Bob. Like ... it's just so obvious!!??? The fact that there are people who will assert "100%" of anything that they're not sure of will forever boggle my mind. I suppose that's why Trump is president -- since a bunch of morons think they know best.
I know this is a cover but can anyone give me this cover's guitar tabs, Please the original's comment section is disabled and if you give me the guitar tabs, I'll thank you very much :)
THIS IS NOT BOB DYLAN. MUITO BONITINHO, MAS NÃO É ELE, DEFINITIVAMENTE... ALIÁS, É O QUE OCORRE COM TODAS AS VERSÕES AQUI QUE LEVAM EM SEU NOME A EXPRESSÃO "POST PRODUCTIONS". BOBO EU?!?!?! EU SÓ NÃO COMPREENDO O PORQUÊ DE O SUJEITO ESCONDER-SE ATRÁS DO NOME DE BOB DYLAN.
