The rest of 8 fingers leaders got the same treatment, and now the entire 8 fingers organization is under Nazarick. Also, Hilma is NOT with Philip (the moron), nor is she Philips love interest. They are just acquainted because Albedo ordered her to use him as a pawn in their plans.

The noble "Philip" VA is the same as Kirito, and he actually the MVP of this season his geniuses exceeded Ains and even Albedo and Demiurge

Pandoras actor is crazy strong, and the most versatile guardian in Nazarick since he can copy any ability (although the strength of copied abilities are decreased by 20%) Since as you know, combat between different guardians would be like rock-paper-scissors, Pandoras Actor can pretty much fight any foe head on formidably as long as he has enough knowledge (and speaking of knowledge, Pandoras Actor is a genius rivaling Albedo and Demiurge).

Pandora's Actor is crazy versatile and genius at the same time. He's like the Jack of all trades. The problem with other guardians is that their stats are either power type, magic type, or defense type, hence Rock-Scissor-Paper (One can beat the other, but can be beaten by the other). Pandora's Actor is like Ains, his power level doesn't accurately convey how strong he is. Ains made a habit out of defeating players with stronger builds than his, because he was so good at information collecting, planning and using his VAST array of tools. Pandora's Actor is designed along this same principle. He's a doppelganger who can assume the forms of all the guild members and use their abilities as if he was them at level 80. Doesn't have access to their strongest abilities, but since his toolkit is so damn big he can pretty much always hit the enemies weakness.

Hilma is the former chief of the Eight Finger's drug division who was tortured into swearing loyalty to Nazarick towards the end of season 2. And that noise was Albedo grinding her teeth in disgust at being touched by the biggest of big brain Philips. Also, Princess Renner is human though she has an otherworldly sweet singing voice. Don't worry, you'll see and hear. As for how long she's been working with Nazarick ... there's been a bunch of clues and other circumstances connected to it that you should be able to draw a solid conclusion.

Pandora's Actor is strong because he's incredibly versatile. You might be fighting 80% Momonga or you might be fighting 80% Touch Me. (Or 80% one of the other 41.) So, I don't think Albedo would be able to beat him easily, even though she is incredibly strong herself. Hilma was the one that Mare dragged off to Nazarick in Season 2. That's probably why you remember her. Hilma wasn't Philip's girl, they are working together to build a political faction. (Philip wouldn't consider Hilma as wife-material no matter how rich she is, because after all she is a commoner.)

We saw Hilma late in season 2, as one of the heads of Eight Fingers. She's the one Mare was dragging out of a house by her hair. Since then her (and the whole Eight Fingers organization) has been under Nazarick's control. Hilma was basically tortured by the giant cockroach we saw in season 3; that's why she's so thin, and why she reacts so violently when dumbass (Phillip) wants to marry Albedo.

Pandora Actor, in the other hand, can use 80% of the skill of anyone he copy - including the Supreme Being. Also noted that both of them are Lv100. So if they goes against each other, Pandora Actor have better chance of winning especially if he copy Ainz skills and stats even if its just 80%.

Pandora's Actor (or PA for short) in his base form, isn't that strong, mainly becouse he is a Doppelgänger, but there is one giant BUT. He can transform to all 41 guildmembers of Ainz Ooal Gown and they had some really crazy good members. Touch Me being a World class champion, Ulbert who got class called World Disaster, Peroroncino who could snipe anyone from 2 kilometer distace are just some of those, Ainz's roleplay build wasn't particularly strong, but with good gear, solid tactics and god knows how many cash shop items, he could pull his worth just like them. PA is the guardian of the treasury, where the equipment of the past guildmembers are stored. Even if being Doppelgänger means 80% proficiency, he have the knowledge to bring out all the weapons and armor can offer becouse Ainz wrote in his Bio that he knows everything about the Magic items stored in the Treasury (after all, if he's supposed to stay whole day every day in the treasury, at least he should love what he's doing)
