I got a used one a couple of weeks ago, it got so hot, I was concern and haven't used it in a couple of day. I am glad to hear thats normal. thanks for sharing your observation and the review.

I had the same concern, apparently most Class A get this hot, the matching DAC with tube active gets even hotter, kinda nuts.

ADI is best with IEMs or super easy to drive headphones for sure. It’s best as a EQ DAC … or if you like the meters 😅 great video bro

Have you tried the FiiO K9 Pro? I love my Liquid Platinum also and always looking for new amps. I've been going back and forth on purchasing the K9 Pro, but after watching your review I must say I'm intrigued by this amplifier. Thanks for your time and look forward to your next review.

Great video! I am looking at picking up this amp for my collection. Any idea how it would compare with the iFi Pro iCAN and violectric V220 (stripped down V281)? Thanks.
