I stuck after restart. After I select Ventura Os and click continue, I got message aa"security setting do not allow this mac to use an external startup disk"
Not mentioning that the security settings need to be changed to allow booting from external drive has ruined my mac and I now need professionals to have a look at it. Thanks. 👎
THANK YOU!! Your video helped me recover Ventura. Two sections that I had to search for help were TERMINAL PASSWORD and BOOTABLE DISK. It may help to note that entering a password in TERMINAL (the cursor doesn’t move/no characters appear as you type) then press Return. It also took approximately 3 HOURS to get a BOOTABLE DISK. Thanks again.
It works until 6:13 but then my Mac Activation failed 😮 not sure how to proceed from here???There are no other options then to Restart again and the same happens!
After Sonoma update my MacBook didn’t connect to internet anymore. WiFi works. Also with my iPhone. When I give my MacBook a hotspot it’s connected. But I don’t have internet. Same as WiFi Airdrop isn’t working either. Sucks. Spend all Monday for fixing. But didn’t make it. So far Any ideas? I can’t downgrade since my command in terminal doesn’t work. I’m so pissed
I have an M1, the music control with the keyboard is a pain, doesn't work most of the time for me. I also use a lot the read text selection option, the settings (specifically the reading speed) reset randomly, it also takes longer to start speaking.
I just did a new updates for Sonoma and Chrome browser so hope that fixes it otherwise I will need to reset the Mac. All my stuff is saved on externals.@@jrm332
any solution unable to login appleID after downgrade? when i tried login to my appleID, Software Update Required, Update This Macbook Pro To The Latest Version of macOS
The best solution i found that you need to get SSD and connect it to the macbook, then open Time machine and backup the macbook, after your done, make a bootable usb for mac os ventura, now you have backup on SSD and you have bootable Mac OS vantura on USB, then restart the macbook keep pressing option key and dont forget to connect the USB that has MAC OS vantura, after that press on install MAC vantura, then you need to erase the disk so you can downgrade the MAC OS, without erasing you can't downgrade trust me i tried everything, you dont need to worry cause you have the backup on the SSD, wait for the MAC OS to boot then just connect the SSD and all your data will be there and you wont lose anything.

Are you crazy?? If this is what known as “without data loss” then there shouldn’t be tons of guides to do that. Anyone can do backup and restore to retain data and then wipe system to downgrade. Without data loss means if you can install an older version over the top of new version without erasing.
Hi Eilen, yeah - I've had problems with Cubase after upgrading to Sonoma. The projects keep stalling or freezing. But I've also had problems with Native Instruments Komplete, especially Komplete Kontrol. Native Instruments recommended I return to Ventura. I'm in the process of downgrading to Ventura until they sort out all the compatibility issues. What problems have you had?

I need your help! I followed your video and things looked different after restarting so tried to improvise and erased my hard drive. All I see now is a globe with an a warning sign on it. I think I messed up.
Do you have a macOS USB installer? If you have one, hold Power button (for Apple Silicon Mac) until you see startup options, then install macOS with the installer.
