Tbh, I would like to see that old and new script. I also can see the morning sales drills should be more engaging for the sales team - it is not now. Finally, put all your sales people into a gym. They need to be in shape. They all need a training regime starting from 6am, hour gym, then 1hr to get ready for work and organized, then 1 hr of constructive morning training.

I'm 51 a trained actress and trying to launch a business but have always considered myself to be terrible at sales....but I'm pretty sure I could do what they're doing...Why is so hard? What's the potential earnings from work like this? Not expecting an answer really....but compelling videos! Surprised this isn’t on Netflix or TV.
Ahhhhhh nothing better than watching someone try to bullshit a competent CEO that they have "called them already". I predict Marketing head will be replaced very shortly as she seems to have a really negative attitude but I think that is because she is out of her depth.
I also have a question? Why the sales team comes to office in polo shirts, jumpers etc. WTF? They are selling a high ticket items and look like they are working in warehouse. If they can't afford proper trousers, shirts and shoes, buy it for them. They need to feel and look like a machine guns, confident and sharp. Joseph, if you are serious about £100m revenue, the entire company must look and feel the same: WINNERS. Someone very very good once said to his student: "why did you arrive to this training in a t-shirt? Unless you have a Ferrari, Yacht and a Mansion, dont show up to my training like this pretending you are a million dollar guy, and all is cool. Because if ot was, you would not be here. I want to to think sharp and look sharp every facking time". Conclusion: how you do one thing you do everything.
I think some of the staff just wanna punch Joe in the face !! Been watching from day one, it’s very interesting how to run and scale a business, il hopefully be travelling to there HQ for the university training soon.
I’m sure at times they do no one likes to be told they have to shape up but when you’re in a dept full of 20 plus year old males there’s only one way to get results and that’s to show them who is the alpha. This isn’t my first rodeo I’ve been running high performance organisations for 12 years
