The song is actually a satirical piece to spread hatred for child abusers by describing them and their actions in the most extreme way possible. Their whole gimmick is that they comment on real world issues while also poking fun at the shock value in deathcore/death metal by making their lyrics intentionally disgusting. In my opinion it's a really modern take on how bands like KISS and Motley Crue had gimmicks (such as the demon makeup and pentagram respectfully) that made parents hate them but kept the youth loving them. I love a band that doesnt take themselves too seriously and Infant Annihilator is one of those bands.

I get the novelty of the band, and how they're a "parody" band, but the lyrics in this one are a little more extreme than Blasphemian. However, the technical aspects are absolutely insane, and I love how they're giving us a showcase of their talents
