Since the beginning of time there have been wars, ego, greed, politics, natural disasters etc. These things are not new. There are many things to learn from, and many to be grateful for. "Don't worry. It all works out in the end, and if it hasn't worked out, it's not the end" is a line from a movie I once saw. It still rings true today. When we believe our negative thoughts we suffer, so take a breathe, use your wisdom, have hope, faith and find the love inside you to carry on!
Go out in nature, libraries, music, friends...all these are free. It's not about your financial wealth. It's about your inner wealth.

Sometimes I have good dreams, and sometimes I have bad dreams as well. I sometimes cry when things go bad but when you sing me a song of love, it helps me lullaby myself. Whenever I feel sleepy or feel like I’m going to sleep, I think good thoughts. When I sleep at night, I always dream of you playing beautiful songs on the dulcimer. One day, you’ll sing and play some lullabies on the dulcimer again.
