Meinen großen Respekt!! Ich denke, Bach selbst würde es freuen, dass in der Fuge diese große Bitte um Frieden interpretiert und gekonnt vorgetragen wird. Danke dafür, dass "Altes" aus dem Schatz großer Meister in moderner Aufführung und Instrumentierung weiter begeistert. Dank Ihrer faszinierenden musikalischen Interpretation! Bravo!

I'm a classical musician. This interpretation is more worthwhile than most of the "traditional" versions that can be found on youtube. The algorithm sent me here after I have been listening to a dozen different interpretations of this piece. This one here, and the one conducted by Eliot Gardiner, were the only ones that stood out.

Dude! Classical musician here. I've always observed that metal--actually almost all rock musicians--"get" Bach, sometimes more than a lot of classical musicians. I've seen al of your Bach uploads and I give you a standing ovations. You bring out the poser in Bach. And you also are a very fine musician. Thank youf ro these!

I am truly delighted! What a wonderful innovative version of one of the pinnacles of J.S. Bach's compositions. I love his music so much that I almost like it in all forms and shapes. As long as it is done with good taste. I wish there would be much more musicians like Selin Schönbeck to express JSB's timeless music in new creative forms. Congratulation!

Great interpretation of a flawless piece of music. You should do the first movement of BWV 26, Ach Wie Fluchtig. So metal.

Nobody does it better than this guy. Hopefully will continue with more Bach. Strong recommendation if not continuing with b minor Mass, is BWV 27

A few years back you blew my mind with your metal Brahms '"Deutsche Requiem" . . . and now . . . and now this. I can't thank you enough for the sheer beauty of bringing out the natural beauty of Bach's final movement of the B Minor with such faithfulness to the intent of the text and music. A fan for life, my friend. Than you.

It is said that in this Dona nobis pacem you can sense the blood of Christ flowing in the melodic lines, and most of us know symbolism there. I think this performance is true to that sense, and truly as good as the amazing Brahms Requiem videos we have seen. I trained as a classical singer, but I wish I had half the talent this man does!

Ich bin ein alter Fahrensmann der Alten Musik und habe die h-Moll-Messe oft aufführen helfen. Immer mit historischen Instrumenten und den kleinen Besetzungen- ganz so, wie es zu Bachs Zeiten geklungen haben mag. Aber der alte Bach hätte sicherlich nichts gegen eine Metal Version gehabt - viele seiner Orgelstücke sind ja sowieso schon nah dran... frohe Weihnachten und danke für deinen Content!

But as I think about it further, I realize that I was skeptical of Selin's whole concept when I first enountered it (with the Brahms) and I was amazed at how effective it is. So you might be right. :)
