So James had the right to sell his properties to get the money Trump owes. On appeal the amount he owes might be reduced BUT HE WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY A HUGE SUM FOR COMMITTING BUSINESS TAX FRAUD. Trump doesn't want to pay. He wants YOU to pay because he won't have to pay you back. Trump has lived in New York all his life he knows all about the Law. He got away with decades of fraud UNTIL HE GOT CAUGHT.
