Donald Trump makes surprise visit to US troops in Iraq

President Trump has paid a surprise visit to US troops stationed in Iraq - posing for selfies and signing caps before defending his decision to withdraw troops from Syria.
He called on countries in the Middle East to step forward to resolve the situation in Syria, saying the United States is not a global policeman.
