Former president Donald Trump has announced his intentions to “make a play” for New York ahead of the upcoming US election.
Hundreds of people were filmed cheering “we love Trump” in Manhattan as the former president shook people’s hands.
“Normally a Democrat will win New York, Biden is the worst president in history and we have some very bad people here but we have the greatest people and they are right behind me," Mr Trump said.
“They all want us to run and we are going to run very hard in New York.”
Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney discussed Mr Trump’s chances of winning New York.
