What really upsets me is that not enough people who qualify to give blood actually do so! If I could, I’d say this to those who qualify to give blood but don’t do so: If you fully qualify to give blood, you really have to do so! Don’t you understand that people continue dying tragically, and one reason is that they’ve lost a huge amount of blood and don’t get any to replace that!? Saying, “I don’t give blood because I never have time” is not an excuse. Giving blood is never a waste of time! Only the simplest creatures can survive without blood, but we humans are NOT simple creatures!!!
Ikr one of the biggest excuses is their afraid of needles, ok buddy well I'm sure the patient being hooked up to a shit ton of ivs and needles knows how you feel
Handling needles with gloves on is difficult when a needle needs to be inserted carefully into your vein I donate regularly..The nurses use antiseptic constantly
