You said you were running a toytec kit I was wondering what kit. Love the channel and I’m a new subscriber I have a 2012 rock warrior and I’m loving everything about this truck. Thanks for the content and your time keep up the awesome work my man.
Running the Toytec Boss Coilovers.. cranked up, giving about 4.5 inches of lift.. i don’t normally support cranking or extending anything beyond a reasonable amount, but they still ride super good, there was just no way to clear those wide wheels and tires unless we extended the coilovers a bit.. but i highly recommend Toytec.. 👍🏼

I like the bronze look. Everyone has black. I prefer more sidewall than what you are running now but I’m also in my fifties so definitely more old school.
I think 18" wheels with 35" tires are a good combination on that Tundra. Me personally always thought big wheels we're over rated, but to each there own right? I'm old school running 31x10.5 15 on my 98 T100, I did notice a difference coming from 235 75 15. However the stance and feel of my truck is night and day. I'm running level 8 Bully Pro's 15 x 8.5 - 26 offset. I've seen a few Toyota’s running those wheels you like, they look pretty decent. I believe you'll make a good call in the long haul, good luck. Peace ✌️ out
I’m old school too.. i grew up on 15 inch wheels.. i just wanted to try out the “new” look.. and it’s not worth the sacrifice.. happy to go back to a smaller wheel!
I think you've been in love with the bronze wheels for some time and if you could've gotten bronze in the wheels you have now it would be over and done with. Get the damn wheels and call it a day.💜
I just checked them out.. I’m kinda picky with wheels, but I really like that wheel A LOT! The darker bronze with the black ring looks great.. I might have to get em.. 👍🏼
If you really like those wheels check out the stealth custom series at least they are stronger and reputable. I’d also recommend the cooper discover stt pro tires if they make them in your size. They are super good in all conditions and pretty quiet for a mud terrain tire.
Great cleaning job on the wheel backside! Hostile Wheels are great . The small wheels size are great. Not a fan of the Bronze on a white truck. Maybe on a dark tone truck. But you do you. Just my opinion. Good luck.
Thanks! i gotta figure out a way to clean the backside of the 17’s on the sequoia.. there super dirty in there but there’s only a sliver of clearance.. but it needs to be done!
Check out the General Grabber A/T x or Falken Wilpeak AT3W Or of you want Mud tires General Grabber X3 that's what I have and the are awesome. I wanted the AT/x but they aren't made in a 295/70/18
Save up for methods.. I have 18x9 method mesh with 295/70r18 toyo at2 and it drives better than stock with the Bilstein 2.5” lift and I only lost 1 mpg. Plus no rubbing!
Definitely go with those bronze wheels! I've got a white tundra also and was contemplating between black and bronze. Picked black and wish I'd gone the other direction. As far as tires, check out the Cooper STT pros, or maybe the BFG KM3s.
So i’m pretty knowledgeable in the truck/off-road community, but I didn’t even know about the KM3’s! what a good looking tire.. it’s kinda cross between the all terrain and mud terrain?
@@toyotafanatics1 it's a dedicated mud terrain tires, but from everything I've seen and heard it's very well behaved on pavement, and not very loud. Wears well, and incredible in the mud and snow.
Wheels stickning out from the body of the car are not allowed here in Sweden. 🇸🇪 Taste differs from person to person. I am more of a stock OEM Toyota fanatic. Mods are not my thing. The rain and snow mash in Sweden don’t mix well with that kind of wheels here.
I don't understand this channel, he says that this and this is expensive and then the next video you see had bought something expensive?? So why did he even waste his time contemplating?
