Whoever win this war Donetsk will never be the same again

i remember seeing a documentary about the Donetsk Airport siege, and at 00:59 you see the AT gun shooting at the control tower, wich at that moment was successfully captured by the ukrainians as a point of advantage to scout the surrounding zone. Now hearing tthat in the documentary isnt by any measure comparable to seeing it in video, quite bone chilling. Also not to mention how the whole airport was reduced to a pile of rubble to the point there was no place to hide for a single person . These men went trough hell and back

Its a sad war. I was in Kiev a few years back and met a young recruit from the east , sounded like he was pressured into fighting for Ukraine. He got burned up real bad, whole left side of his body. He got treatment in Kiev, and now living on the streets alone. Then while in Lviv I met some soldiers on leave and they were showing me picture of half burned bodies stacked like firewood in the ditch. They were bragging that it was Russians. But you just know they were Ukrainians. Civil wars are some of the saddest. The only win is when boths sides realize they lost. Former Yugoslavia same thing.
