So glad you're taking in abused donkeys in Europe. One of the reasons can't face going abroad any longer, everywhere you go the donkeys are suffering so terribly, a lifetime of hard labour, harsh treatment with little tenderness. Traveled for a donkey rescue shortly. Yes poorly treaten animals everywhere. But the amount of well treated and loved animals, plenty of that in all countries aswell. Even working animals. You may be happily surprised like I was it had nothing to do with the coutry. All kinds of people everywhere.
WHY would anyone hurt a donkey? Well, for that matter, ANY animal? That breaks my heart into.😪I hope there's enough room in hell for all of the abusers!!!!

Yesterday's schedule was a bit stressful, so in my fog this morning, I started out looking at Ronnie's very weird, totally stunned staring into the camera and started laughing so much that tears came down my cheeks. My good friend had 3 donkeys and a herd of sheep. I always thought that was a weird combination of animals, until I saw those donkeys absolutely annihilate a pack of wolves. Never knew they were so powerful and protective, now I have a immense respect for them.

Your video, the first I’ve ever seen, has been the very best part of my day. I have been going through a very difficult time and seeing you and Ronnie…well, my heart filled with warmth, love and serenity. This year, I’m supposed to be making myself a priority and being with animals, sharing myself, and speaking kindness and love into their hearts as they speak into mine, has been my passion since I was a child. (I won’t speak of how long ago that was! 😊) I immediately looked at your “About” section and will be making it a goal to come spend some time there. I live in the U.S. and it’s an intimidating thought as I’ve never been out of the country but it’s time to do things differently. I thank God He put your video before me because I’ve never felt such an immense kinship or desire to be someplace as when I saw this. Frankly, I don’t know how to explain it. I only know I feel it. Thank you for the work you do! And btw, the comment about ants was really incredible! You’ve got quite a sense of humor and had me laughing. And for that too, I appreciate you! Thanks for allowing me to speak my thoughts here. Some might find it strange, I’m a bit taken aback myself. Then again, if the donkey’s are a bit weird, maybe they’ll accept my oddities in turn.

Oh my word, Ronnie cracked me up today. I think he had been smoking a bit of weed. He was watching himself in the camera and when Julian said the camera puts 10 lbs on, Ronnie's lower lip started to quiver 🤣. Then when Julian put the hat on him, he was so friggin adorable and he knew it. I tested positive for covid yesterday so I am isolating. Been feeling sorry for myself and this video just made my day! Of course, when I laugh, I start coughing, but I don't care. I think I will watch it again. Thank you!
