看食叔做過那麼多牛肉料理，但是韓式生拌牛肉或日式牛肉刺身卻沒做過吃過！可以做來吃吃看！但是最好別用美國牛肉，使用澳洲和牛或日本A3和牛比較妥當或者耗牛！品質口感接近韓牛！

Naw no fire ever mate. Just eat hot foods and drink plenty of water and you won't feel anything. Don't go and eat a Carolina reaper but most foods won't effect you even if you barley eat hot stuff.
