Horse meat is the best red meat in the world, incredibile and inexplicable how little it is appreciated, especially in the western countries. I am lucky because I live in Italy, one of the few western countries that currently produces and consumes a reasonable amount of horse meat, and I get to barbecue a couple fat boned steaks a year (no seasoning, I swear way better than beef).

It's what everyone in China drinks, it's called bai jiu, the strength is about the same as vodka but taste is different

Сейчас зима и так бы хотелось увидеть ,как дядя готовит горячий горшок!очень мне нравится смотреть как варят суп а потом раскладывают зелень,грибы и тд и кому что нравится опускают в суп и варят!круто!!Мне очень нравится китайская кухня.
