the pace and the industrial hardness of a factory, with organic layering ontop, with suspenseful, soothing strings to balance it out.. and then the keys start with the rythm. masterpieces like that don´t get written anymore. a true testament how back then, when audio was bottlenecked by technology that composers really had to step up their game.
***** It's not a god who's lost his touch. It's a god who was replaced. David Wise only worked on the songs that were remixed from older games. Kenji Yamamoto did most of it.
This has to be my favorite, hits me in the feels everytime, chills and memories, even making me emotional thank you David Wise (I have to say your name speaks for itself !)
everything about Rambi Rumble takes me back to night I i saw my brother play this game and saw him beat this level. and this was way back in the days of N64 & Game boy color.
This song kind of reminds me of a song in Yume Nikki. I think it's the song when you use the stop sign on that girl and the weird multi arm event happens.
The best song to represent the biggest fear for anyone who plays the DK trilogy and you are entering their base... Proceed with Caution... If you dare...
Some of the harder levels. the first level of these apeared in the middle of the game. Some bonus levels where funny hidden in some of these levels ^^.
Anyone who dislikes this video is going to get attacked by a giant swarm of Zingers. Then they're going to get chased down by King Zing. So be warned haters. =|
