@Elmo9001 I know how you feel when that happens. It is is really easy to lose your chain on this first part of Chili Pepper because you don't want to just clap randomly and lose all of the points for mosquitoes. Those points add up quickly with a huge combo.
I tried to a do a run like this after seeing it, although I knew I wouldn't be able to do it as well as you. I got to around 8:07, and I was stung by a mosquito and lost all the bananas. Not in a hurry to try that again. Although this video is still awesome. =D
Thanks 4 sharing your video with me,your really Good =) I did finally figure out how to open all the Flowers in time without losing my combo =) I have fully beat the game,I have the Wii version but I want to get the GC version as well,LOL
@packattack04082 The Wii version works quite well (I have it), but it plays more like a traditional platformer, and its not quite as easy to combo because the sound wave attack doesn't go all around DK, it just goes in the direction you tilt the control stick. Still a great game though, I can't really compare versions cause I don't have the GC one.
Seeing this video I'm still not sure if I can call the game good. I don't know how much of any of these combos are "intended" by the developers and while the fun definitely is in theory crafting. I feel like the controls could've been better.
I love the game. And this combo is teased in the credits of the game. They don't show you how but they show DK receiving a 3000+ combo score on this segment. This game is addictive
nova GIT No, I don't think there really is a max (well in theory there is). The faster you can mash the better. I think I've hit 70's before, but I'm not the best button masher (or bongo masher in this case).
What did I just wachted? ... Bongos? It looks barely playable O.o I think I'll stick with DKCR, It doesn't compare to the original trilody but is pretty good anyway.
