Do you know why that certain video RAM 2114 at that certain address range would cause the display to be 0's and 1's? because there is multiple video RAM chips but that certain video RAM when it goes bad or corrupted it causes the video to be 0's and 1's
@@waynegram8907 well you have to figure out internally what "1F" leads to inside the RAM chip, specifically which memory cells correlate to that address. I could be wrong on that but I imagine that the RAM chip isn't storing a faulty "0" character inside every single cell, so it's more likely a failure in address decoding.
