A 3 minute video was not long enough... Even trying to stick to specific themes, I just found I had too many scenes left over! Perhaps someday, I'll make a longer version.
After all these years, I just can't believe that Donna Noble got a happy ending.

blundered the metacrisis fix-it a bit (personally I wanted to see Donna PISSED. That the Doctor didn’t respect her wishes and took her memories away, wish they could fit in more angst for old times sake) but the 2nd & 3rd specials were perfect. I’ve been waiting 15 years for Donna to get her happy ending and it’s here finally

I don't know haha, mixed feelings I think. In a way, I want her to be happy and I quite liked the ending with her being the Doctor's family, I think it's really fitting. And in another way, I think I really did not like the first episode, because it felt a bit rushed I guess ? Like, I was waiting some big explanation to her come back, something incredible, and it felt a bit dull for me, and the thing with her daughter I was like "Okay for gaining some time" but I didn't get why just because now they were two they could "let it go" . Felt a bit easy maybe... but I did enjoy watching those episodes and my inner self is happy Donna's happy now lol (now they have to do it for Merlin's ending too who agrees) :')

I was just thinking, 10 years ago when I first watched the episodes, teenage me was devastated. I can’t believe I’m now in my 20s and okay with Donna and the doctor’s fate, my favorite companion and doctor!

Donna really is one of the best companions. Certainly my favorite, but her witty and funny personality is aside to her intelligence. She was somebody who really wasn’t defined by the doctor, and that’s what makes her so special. She was ordinary and yet so entirely important, and her coming back as well as 10’s face, rewriting history that was so painful, is almost bittersweet.

The BEST dw companion. Her story is so relatable; she wasn’t Clara the Hero, Amy the Fairytale or Rose the Love Interest. She’s good and kind and her incredible empathy always shone through in every scene. She’s the best of us and she didn’t deserve the heart wrenching ending she’d gotten and I’m so happy after 15 years this has changed. Plus Catherine Tate is really a BAMF. A comic rolls up to DW, a show she knows nothing about, and delivers one of the greatest dramatic performances I’ve ever seen in scifi. There is no Donna Noble without her

Years ago, I said somewhere else on YT that these two are the best example of love between the Doctor and a companion. No, there was nothing romantic between them, but they would (and did) go to the ends of the universe for each other. They had each other's back, no matter what. They would always find their way back to each other. And now they have. And if that isn't love, then I don't know what is. 💕❤

It was the best surprise in all of Dr Who. I was not looking forward to watching David Tennant regenerate again. As actors Cathrine Tate and David Tennant have incredible chemistry. It’s a joy to watch them play their characters and their obvious ability to play off each other. Finally, a regeneration that actually has a happy joyous ending. I’m sure there are traditionalists who see this as the last straw, but I thought it the regeneration sequence was delightful. Dr who always tried to keep up with current culture (when they weren’t traveling in the past for future), so why is it now so bothersome to see it be more inclusive. I have watched all the classic Who and it was a shock to see the new Who but was immediately smitten. I’m 75 and I see nothing wrong with trying to attract a younger audience. I am very much looking forward to Gatwa as the doctor. In the past I’ve always withheld my feelings about a new doctor until a few episodes had aired. So far, not this time.

This episode was for all of us that waited a decade and a half for Donna to get her happy ending. RTD definitely heard me crying and making sad Donna playlists in 2017 and wrote the Giggle just for me😊

The most beautiful partnership ❤ so glad The DoctorDonna got their endgame. To see them together again was something I don’t think we ever thought was going to happen and I’m so glad it did. Their happy ending is so well deserved and they both love each other so much ❤❤
