DONT BUY A THEORY SABER BEFORE YOU WATCH THIS VIDEO! 

Hello Theory, it’s nice to hear from you! Yeah I was thinking it could be border control. Sometimes the Canadian border agent can be very strict with electronic products. I already sent it and Cody is the one assisting. He stated that he sent the pictures and message to the manufacturer to see what they would say so now I’m just waiting. If you’re curious, he replied to me this yesterday : ) Btw Theory, as I stated in the video, I am just providing feedback, just in chase you feel let down based on my video. I’m very glad most people enjoy their saber, perhaps you’re right and I just got a faulty one. Anyways I still like the saber, I mentioned i like your fonts on it and the saber gives me confidence once I wield it. Theory I said the way the rubber grips are glued feels cheap because they aren’t glued professionally, not the saber itself. + one chipped off the next time I used it so I’m concerned because that’s a part of the saber where your hand is holding the lightsaber. So long term, how long will those rubber parts last if one already chipped after a few times using the saber. Anyways I said the parts of the saber itself feel premium and the built quality is fantastic. Then for a good few minutes I mentioned how strong the blade is. Just wanted to make that clear since it seems my video wasn’t clear on that so my bad. I mean I’m glad you feel the chip is programmed well but when I turned it on the first time , the lighting and the ignition & blade on each font wasn’t properly calibrated so I was confused. Luckily that’s been resolved with some outside help which I mentioned in the comments. The video is about my first impression of getting the product so I feel the video was okay to publish. The Proffie isn’t as capable as the SNV4 because the Proffie doesn’t have different “Blade 1 , Blade 2” options. That’s what I meant. However I still recommended everyone by the end of the video to get the Proffie because the Proffie does the smooth swings better & you’ll get the full experience of the fonts which is the most unique part of your sabers compared to your competitors. It seems you viewed the video as more negative than positive and I’m sorry you feel that way. Not my intentions at all. I just want you to become the best since I am such a fan of your work and like I stated in the video, you’re someone who has such a passion on Star Wars. So if you want someone to become the best you have to be honest and be picky as well and mention the things that can be improved on so the brand can be perfected. May the force be with you Theory ♥️

Dude this is an amazing interaction, I love how Theory actually cares about all his buyers and he even gave a huge in depth apology or response to this video with literally only 200 views, I’m serious Theory if you read this just keep pressing on through the hate man, I’ve been watching your channel for years and you are always impressing me. I cannot thank you enough for creating a safe area just to be a Star Wars fan and have fun,I’ve been to hundreds of livestreams and watch parties from and am count myself as very fortunate to be a part of all of it. I wanna mention that while most people spatting garbage at you are completely baseless the only thing I found myself agreeing with them on is clickbait titles, I’m fronting this with the fact that I’ve been a mega fan of yours for years so you don’t see it as just another hater, I laughed with you at “your art sucks” nerd theory livestream and I was there when your started your jedidiah Star Wars cowboy side quest thing on your gaming channel. I just wanted to make sure you know that I do agree with the fact that a lot of your titles feel pretty clickbaity recently, I could be wrong and my opinion is not fact but hopefully this might make you take another look at a title before uploading it, again thanks so much for everything you’ve done for this community.

​@@Yafffo I'm not theory obviously but they definitely did code these differently than other companies because they have all the exclusive fonts and music as well - I'm pretty sure that counts as coding cause at least for the proffie boards it's exactly that, code tells the saber how to function, what fonts and presets are there, etc. Hope that helps

Very much enjoying my saber purchase but my tool kit box was also popped open. I’m in the US and don’t think it was customs. It looked more like the folds were never fully made to keep the box formed. Even after closing it back up myself the edges rise up quite a bit and it really wants to pop open. I didn’t bother leaving any feedback because it’s a small issue but I would assume others are receiving something similar and just not mentioning it.

That’s honestly really awesome for you to say. A subscribe would mean a lot. I’m trying to figure out what to do with my channel since I also do play throughs on video games

I got the SNV4 saber which I think I expressed it in the video and if I wasn’t clear I apologize, I’ll note that for my next video lol. The SNV4 can do more , the proffie can do less but the things it has similar to the SNV4 is smoother

Yes this happens exactly. My issue is fixed at the moment but I did not remove the battery yet after my first charge. But Theory for some reason gets defensive when we mention that. There is a chance we are doing it wrong but I would prefer help than “ya you’re doing it wrong, check the manuals before doing your review.” Like g man thanks for the help, how about acknowledging there might be a confusion & let us know support will help us out or even do a video on it or something

@MrSexyCoco dont worry about Theory he's had a lot of haters and probably too used to reacting to them and probably wasn't in the right frame of mind. He's still learning a new trade now that it's the busiest - you can't expect him to run before he can walk. I think things may get better in time.

I had someone explain to me how to fix it as well. He has a saber from a different supplier but it works the same way so he guided me but I was able to get the fonts to work properly afterwards. Thank you btw for the compliment & support. It’s my first review and trying to find ways to go grow. The videos of people going crazy and doing these exaggerated expressions based on whatever they do with the saber is a bit fake on their part it seems but hey it’s their channel not mine lol. I prefer to show my care towards theory by being honest so we as Star Wars fan can make sure his company gets better.

So update , the black rubber part of the saber decided to chip off just by holding it. You know those black stripes around the saber that’s suppose to be grippy

How do u fix and calibrate the fonts i am having the same issue

Yeah I get that, however these sabers are sold for almost a grand after taxes. They should take the time and code it in. Technically the SNV4 can do more , it’s just the proffie does better in some of the elements that the SNV4 has based on the coding they did.

You’re still going to enjoy and I hope your saber comes in as advertised. I still love my saber and oh boy does it get attention when I light it up in front of people : )

@@MrSexyCoco Got my saber in and everything seems well - I've still gotta learn how to use it esp. since the one I got is a one-button setup but the build and blade don't appear to have any issues. Granted, this first one is one of the cheapest sabers offered so not much to go wrong with such a basic hilt. Dunno if I'll brave making a video yet or not - might wait for my Decieved saber I was lucky enough to order before I do but we'll see 🙂

They are quite slow at replying , I sent 3 emails last week with no help at the moment

@@MrSexyCoco we've been playing catchup. We had to let one of our members go due to letting tickets be open for 3 weeks and not telling us. We're correcting the issue.

They have yes, the coding was already resolved because they can help but they replied and also sent me extra rubber parts of the saber since one chipped off

I mentioned in the video that when I would change it to the right colour, it would go back to the previous colour once I return to the same font

He doesn’t need to go to support to do a review.

How can you assume I haven’t contacted support yet ? I did 3 times and only got one response after a week of waiting and once I replied he still hasn’t got back to me and it’s been soon 4 days I’m waiting. If these sabers are so perfect then maybe the support group wouldn’t be so overwhelmed right? What makes this video click bait ? The fact I’m acknowledging issues with the saber is click bait ? My experience with the saber is click bait ? So reviewing a product is click bait ? Okay lol Listen I’m glad your saber is perfect with no issues , unfortunately mine isn’t including others and for 500 bucks for a saber I will be picky despite my appreciation and respect for theory
