If you're relocating here to Cincinnati... it's probably because you're an engineer, technician, lawyer, cop, judge, doctor, nurse, or involved in manufacturing/medical at some level. This area is predominately based around manufacturing careers, criminal justice careers, and medical field careers.
I've been an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic since 2010 and this area is bountiful when it comes to career paths in manufacturing/controls/mechatronics/IT engineering. There are a massive quantity of factories & logistics company scattered all throughout the Cincinnati (and Northern Kentucky) area. The pay isn't the greatest in the Cincinnati region for careers, but the cost of living is a little lower so it makes up for it.
@@dawn2508 I'd imagine there are a ton of construction jobs around here. This is a major area that's constantly evolving and growing. I've seen a lot of upgrades being done to the city lately so I think it's going to see a lot more in the near future.
LOL. Smog east of the Mississippi is unusual and a minor inconvenience. Try a few West Coast inversions and wildfire season If the subject interests you.
@@LizRob187 Ummm no. it hardly rained all summer, yet I still never noticed any smog or haze. Fall allergies on the other hand...man the mold or whatever it is jams me up so bad - I can touch my forehead and it feels all squishy from the mucus.
I wouldn't live anywhere else! Had to live in San Diego for a while. Saw a kid in a T shirt on a skateboard on Christmas Eve. Couldn't wait to get back here!
Indiana is a different story, I love indiana. Canadian spies all of them 🤣 indiana people are like the real hard working hippies. The real California's. Tbh California should reach out to indiana and trade people, then I would travel from vegas to California.
I lived in Cincinnati for my first 40 years. I moved to naples Florida almost 13 years ago. Leaving Cincinnati is by far the best decision i have ever made. There is nothing i miss about the area. Every visit back to see kids and grandkids remind me of why i left. I would rather fly my kids here to see me than go there.
@@1rewd133 I don’t miss the weather. I don’t miss the horrible roads. I don’t miss the areas of the city where you can’t go after dark. I don’t miss the mediocre sports teams. I don’t miss all the overweight unattractive people. Is that specific enough?
