Dough Persian Yogurt Drink-
Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 KG
-Namak (Salt) 1/2 tbs or to taste
-Black Salt 1/2 tbs or to taste
-Sugar 1 tbs Or to taste
-Podina (Mint leaves) 1 cup
-Water 1 Cups
-Ice cubes
-Soda water 500 ml
Directions:
-In a blender jug, add yogurt, mint leaves, Salt,black salt, Sugar, water, ice cubes & blend well.
-In a serving jug, add ice cubes, yogurt mint drink and soda water, stir & serve!
