During the Unholy War against Hell itself, humanity is almost wiped out, but along with them was another race who fought against demons since the beginning of the war, that race was known as the Argenta with their ultimate soldiers of the Night Sentinels.
In this video I explore the lore behind The Night Sentinels, how the Argenta were formed, what they believed as well as their involvement within the Unholy War against Hell. As well as a little backstory on the Outsider known as the Doom Guy.

Im glad the DLC showed the Night Sentinels aren't all dead. When the tribes all heard the call of the slayer, and showed up in hell. That was sick as hell.

The cutscenes of Sentinel(Sentinel Assemble!) invading Immora was badass. I remember some Sentinel infantry/warrior was holding a Lighting Gun from Doom 2016. This make me wonder do Sentinels have anymore projectiles weapons? I mean they got Hovertank, Catapult, Mech. Spacecraft, Jet Fighter. Ballista. So I was wonder do they have anything that resemble to Earth small arms but with energy power cell(The Wraith Power)? For example: In my own imagination if they ever gonna be another game that you play as Night Sentinel Infantry during before the Fall of Argenta, Battle in Hell and Final Battle at Immora. Sentinel Pistol Sentinel Rapid Pistol(Machine Pistol) Sentinel Scattershot(Shotgun) Sentinel Shredder(Automatic Shotgun from Turok 2 Seed og Evil) Sentinel Pulse Rifle(Similar to Plasma Rifle) Sentinel Pulse Carbine(Short Barrel version of Plasma Rifle) Sentinel Marksman(Sniper Rifle) Sentinel Repeater(Minigun/Chaingun Turok 2 Seed of Evil) Sentinel Blaster(Railgun) Sentinel Dragon Breath(Flamethrower) Sentinel Frag(Hand Grenade) Sentinel Bombard(Grenade Launcher) Sentinel Portable Launcher(Rocker Launcher) Sentinel Wraith Cannon(Sentinel BFG9000)

@@billrich9722 Well yeah in Doom Eternal they added more expressions to their faces especially when being executed by the Doom guy, and they did fear him. But apart from that they didn’t really care about anything else. It was only the Doom Slayer who scared them

I wanna know why the moon is fucked up and why the Fortress of Doom is hundreds of kilometers long when it first appears from behind Earth but it's actually like a dozen stories tall the next shot of it. The second one is likely just a scaling fuck up but it still bothers me every time I see the intro cutscene. Someone might make the argument that it's forced perspective. That the fortress is much closer to the camera than the Earth is. Which would make perfect sense if the damn thing didn't appear from behind the Earth! So it's further away.

I thought I was the only who was bothered by that. Yeah, the perspective and scaling was way off in the intro. The Fortress should have been a mere dot from the perspective it was shown.
