I don't have a pre-1.0 build that features him playable at all, only 4 clips of him that were posted by revenatn. This guy's entire schtick is that he can smoke....up to 3 cigarettes! Having two cigarettes on will increase your damage that is taken and boosted, having 3 cigarettes does the same thing except instead of boosting damage, it boosts your speed. He is also able to remove the 2nd and 3rd cigarette, if the damage taken (assuming it means you take more damage from enemies) might be a problem in certain situations.
As of now, I have no idea if I would exactly consider this guy as a scrapped class, since he's still commonly talked about in the PTD until its shut-down (likely because he was put into other games), and some rushed-af researching isn't really helping me in finding a legit reason as to why he got scrapped. Funnily enough, he did show up when Basinga was posting "Bring Your Own Class 2: Keep It Together" stuff on April Fools, alongside Gammu, Mobster Matt, and Kyuteru.
