@@TheMultiRaude yeah thats why i said that im too salty for this game Besides the game is pretty fucked up when its about hitboxes I lost like 7 UN in the master level of super gore nest because of hitbox glitches, to be more specific im talking about the glory kill The glory kills in doom eternal are broken and sometimes the slayer just doesnt execute de glory kill causing him to die and that screwed many of my runs so yeah fuck that bullshit that the game is solid because it is beyond the stressful that a game is not 100% consistent and there are weird ocations that game can be considered as random and luck based because of glitches and to make more annoying, they made a permadeath of it. So yeah im gonna keep using the quote because i damn know what im talking about when its about glitches and difficulty in this game

That’s the glitch from Markiplier’s video where he played the game before it released. Hugo Martin was there too and he saw it. But I guess they never fixed it lol.
Also some glitches are like in the code or something and even after being fixed, they return. Fixing glitches and good optimisation can only hold them back, but not stop them. The game will gain glitches throughout its lifespan, it is inevitable.
Someone else put this in the comments but it deserves to be more well known, using weapon wheel SHOULD fix this problem, it's one of two ways you can fix the no weapon glitch that you get on hell on earth if you modswap before picking up the infinite lives cheat code as well.
Edit since I've gained new information: This particular bug does not actually seem to be fixable by the player's actions, only a patch would fix it as it stands now.
Except Bethesda didn't develop this software on the functional level. ID software did. And ID is 1000x the developer that Bethesda ever has or will be.
I did that once while I was doing the slayer gate on the hult on nightmare. It pissed me off so much cuz I only had the possessed marauder left. I hate that slayer gate The glitch itself is funny but damn it why did it have to happen then?
I had a situation like that with berserk in the arc complex but I still could glory kill and had my right hand in the gk. I made the joke that it was classic doom.
Most hand lock/no weapon states are fixable by using a monkey bar or climbing a wall. Not sure about this in particular, I saw comment saying it can't be fixed.
ROFL! dang, I had this bug kill two of my UNM runs before finally finishing it... I think the first time I got it was on Urdak =\ Never did find a way to fix it, even reloading a save would not fix at the time.
