i get what youre saying but after reading the codex entries they really arent related at all, the dark lord existed way before earth did. they just happen to look the same and the reason the slayer has his symbol is because its on the divinity machine

@@fallen5983 EXACTLY! So either the Slayer is a Primeval of Earth (reborn) (Primordial god of Earth), which the Father fashioned all other Primeval in the likeness of Devoa (the DarkLord). OR Since the DarkLord is so close to being as powerful as the Father himself, he is able to chose to be reborn in the likeness of the Slayer. Unlike others that probably must be reborn in a similar likeness to their previous form (Khanmaykers, Maykrs, Seraphim, Angels, ArchDemons, some Demons, etc) Since he is set above all of those to the most extreme being not only a Primeval but the FIRST and supposedly the MOST powerful that he began to rival the Father, he could easily choose whatever form he wanted to return in. All dimensions, Urdak, Jakkad, Earth, etc...even the Father himself & the DarkLord had forgotten what Devoa's physical form even looked like. So it's not farfetched to believe that he took on the form of what hell itself feared the most (Also, even though it's been eons...pretty sure the DoomSlayer was the last one to use the Divinity Machine...so his "DNA" would probably be there which will be recorded in Urdak, thus giving the DarkLord access to choosing the DS likeness for a new body?...)

@@LottieThottie still, maybe at least make him a lil bit unique, maybe a different skin, like an alpha marauder, or the leader marauder, the first marauder, or anything, or just some name titles, like example: Solomon the great, like Skyrim does with their bandit leaders

@@darkasura5687 or even that GOW boss with the Grendel fight It’s a troll boss but with the unique mechanic of a shared health bar with attacks that compliment each other Maybe the Marauder fight could have one that’s all in your face (maybe a Crucible that leaves trails of fire as well as the standard attacks) with the other being more focused on buffs (summoning three wolves or even having shields like the Carcass)

That happens because there are specific weaknesess and combos that you repeat without thinking and you can actually watch your surroundings without looking at your hands (I dont mean the keyboard but at what you are shooting). This video made my brain hurt because I can see everything but the player is only alive because of the low difficulty, he doesnt use a single weakness or even use the whole arsenal (I throw grenades like crazy but he didnt even stickybombed the cacodemons). Its okay to not be efficient or try hard, but keep locking-on a teleporting enemy, chainsaw for ammo and _keep locking-on the rocket on the same teleporting enemy_ was just painful. Even a non-doom-player would spot that something is off

The game is easier when you play in PC rather than in console ..Playing in console increases its difficulty level by two times.

@@Dare-Knight I have it on console and I'm totally fine with it, I know it is easier but I don't have the money to buy the game again soooooo... yeah not going to get it for PC sadly.

Seen people using automatic weapons on eye, instead of balista/precision bolt, i suppose much of the fustration comes from that.

first time, that boss fight was rage-inducing. I often use mobile turret on the Eyes of Kalibas and I thought these would function the same. Then I tried with ballista and holy crap, that whole fight was over in like 2 minutes.

i won that fight on first try on my first walkthrough of DLC. It's easy, just use ballista and precision bolt

He probably wanted more of a challenge since the cacodemons are pretty disappointing in doom since all you have to do is Chuck and grenade in it's mouth and boom it's dead.

@@whiteface513abandonedchann8 scorpion can be a good villain in Doom if he used his full powers, teleporting and everything else. Yeah for Mortal Kombat they have two tone Doom Slayer down but they do that to everyone else anyway they make them all kind of match

@@Palendrome oh I mean yeah Scorpion wouldn't be totally eviscerated but in Doom itself he wouldn't be a huge problem, no worse than some of the tougher demons
