This is a throw back to 2016 when i saw the trailer for Doom 2016 and i wanted it so bad.

I remember seeing this constantly on tv. The only commercial to be less cool than the actual game

DUDE! this would’ve been a great trailer if it was for an actual doom movie

The Doom Marine is such an interesting character. It was revealed in Doom64 that he's suffering from severe PTSD and the only way to shake it is combat with the demons. It's why he runs headlong into the conflict. That tension and stress disappears and he turns into a killing machine. Good stuff, adds some layers and vulnerability to an otherwise unfuckwithable character.

Fast-paced mayhem, the CGI in this would cost a fortune for a full-length movie with a "storyline" and would take a really long time to make, but it would be one of the best things ever.

You know after watching this again I'm realizing that they didn't even give a shit about the lore of Doom where his fucking armor can't be hurt

0:13 i like how since they cant show any blood or gore in this trailer im guessing, doomguy just sticks his guns barrel in the demons mouth and then just walks off like he just scared him straight “that’l teach em” ahh glory kill.

This was so badass that i actually started cry tears of joy. Then i got the game and found out hes some kind a fairy fuq with magical powers that runs around with stupid idiots named Khan Makyrs and rides purple dragons and has gay mech suits that fight kaiju, and goes swimming shooting targets that spring a lever that makes a door open on a timer and jumps on floating platforms through firewheels and i just seriously lost all hope for anything to ever make me happy again. Thank you Hugo Martin for ruining the the most best thing that i had in my life. But original DooM is still here and i have BTSX, Sunlust, and brutal DooM

Thanos - "You should've aimed for the head..." Doomguy rips arm off and proceeds to meticulously bludgeon the head into a pile of red and purple pudding.

I love how he is still very clunky moving, but every time he physically attacks something it suddenly goes from clunky to brutal

Why is this a better Doom movie than the 2 actual Doom movies? (2 Main Reasons) 1. Doom is nothing without Doom Guy. 2. Doom isn't horror; it's a fast-paced adrenaline rush (unless you are a demon watching; then it's the scariest movie of your life).

My uncle used to let me play the original doom on his computer, best childhood ever, when i first saw this trailer back in 2016, I showed my uncle and he cried from nostalgia.

I love this trailer because it makes doom guy seem more “human” that’s how doom eternal makes doom guy have him always either a fast strong moving god or slow awesome badass, this makes him do a slow push to force and lift the imp up, like it actually weighs something, and when he jumps down and lands, the slow breathing makes him seem more alive like he can be tired, it made him seem more like a space marine and less of actual god and I love it
