11:14 this one is fucking awesome! i like the calm part at 12:58 where i imagine doomguy sit down leaning against the only tree in hell, taking a little break playing his guitar where at 14:08 he spots a entire new swarm of demons rushing towards him and he be like yes bitches, bring it as in the image of this video.Yes im high af atm

DOOM, at 11:15: For me, the beginning of the song conveys great tension. That care not to be caught by surprise. Every movement has to be coldly calculated as if he were a stalker. At 14:08 two situations arise: 1. DOOMGUY has been discovered and needs to run and (by instinct) act desperately to save his own life. Parkour, capoeira and Yoga movements (in addition to shooting, of course) were used to the extreme. At 14:53, upon observing that everything is calm and at peace, our hero, still aloof and holding his inseparable shotgun, inhales sharply and... Exhales, collapsing, leaning against and sitting on an external wall. Letting go of the despair that will just pass. After thanking the multiversal creator³⁹ for once again managing to survive the infernal hordes, he truly begins to believe that he is the chosen one. Because only he survived the invasion of Mars, went to limbo and then to hell and managed to return. And not just go and come back. He closed all the portals on the red planet, also those of Phobos and the portals of Hell, after eliminating the Spidermastermind who commanded the entire infernal invasion. Our hero realizes that his mission goes beyond just avenging his beloved Daisy. He will have to do everything possible and impossible, even if it means giving up his own life, to protect his planet, his home. At 15:06, the marine, all bruised and tired, gets up with great difficulty and imposes his friend Shotgun. At 15:18, he continues his walk with firm steps and an extremely determined look. 2. The moment of truth has come! DOOMGUY has arrived at the crucial location that will end the invasion. And at that moment a fierce and violent battle broke out (which would make any Spartan or Saiyan proud) where injuries appeared and his life was almost lost. At 14:40, in a stroke of luck (or talent), DOOMGUY manages to eliminate a Spidermastermind and a Cyberdemon at the same time. At 14:53, our hero looks around and observes all the destruction he has caused, and says: "-Did I do the right thing? Look at the carnage I unleashed!" he thinks. At 15:06 he quickly answers himself: "I did what's right! For Daisy and for humanity! Fuck the hellish creatures! It was their bad luck to have messed with me! I finished them all!" At 15:18, when looking at the horizon, DOOMGUY is perplexed to realize that the battle he had just had was just a fraction of the immensity he will still have to face.

Countdown to Death is by far my favorite.

Thanks for taking the time to make this and the first one. Doom has some of the best and most iconic music, and it's cool to listen to other's variations of it and whatnot. The metal versions are fantastic and so is the Brutal mod. Fun to play with every now and again.

Just downloaded Doom, Brutal Doom and this music pack few weeks ago and Countdown to Death's the best soundtrack for me. The music really gives me suspense and thrill especially on Realism Mode difficulty

A DOOM, aos 11:15: Pra mim, o começo da música transmite uma grande tensão. Aquele cuidado para não ser pego de surpresa. Todo movimento tem de ser friamente calculado como se ele fosse um stalker. Aos 14:08 surgem duas situações: 1. O DOOMGUY foi descoberto e precisa correr e (por instinto) agir desesperadamente para salvar sua própria vida. Aos 14:40, num golpe de sorte (ou talento), o DOOMGUY consegue eliminar um Spidermastermind e um Cyberdemon ao mesmo tempo. Aos 14:53, nosso herói olha ao redor e observa toda a destruição que ele causou, e diz: "-Será que eu fiz o certo? Olha a carnificina que eu desencadeei!" ele pensa. Aos 15:06 ele rapidamente responde à si mesmo: "Eu fiz o que é certo! Pela Daisy e pela humanidade! As criaturas infernais que se fodam! O azar foi deles de terem se metido comigo! Acabei com todos!" Aos 15:18, ao olhar pro horizonte, o DOOMGUY fica perplexo ao perceber que aquela batalha que acabara de ter, foi apenas uma fração da imensidão que ainda terá de enfrentar.
